One fueatured submission per user!

This group is on auto accept for deviations because i trust that most people will try to put them in the right folders. However if you submit multiple deviations to featured at once I'll either put all but one in other folders or remove them. I want to give everyone a chance to be featured and obviously one user with 5 deviations in featured at once is rediculous.
